These Terms & Policy govern your use of STAT Transport services and this website. By requesting a trip, submitting a form, or using our services, you agree to these terms.

Trip requests submitted online, by phone, or by email are not considered booked until you receive confirmation from STAT Transport by phone or email. We will make every reasonable effort to accommodate your requested date and time based on availability.

If you need to cancel or change a confirmed trip, please contact us at least 1 hour in advance by calling (916) 224-8781 or emailing stattransportservices@gmail.com. Late cancellations or no-shows may be subject to fees when permitted by your payer or contract.

• Provide accurate pickup and drop-off information, passenger details, and contact information.
• Be ready at the scheduled pickup time. Drivers may wait a reasonable period before departing.
• Inform us of mobility needs, equipment, weight limits, or other requirements when booking.
• Ensure a responsible adult is available when required for passenger assistance or consent.

We accept private insurance, workers compensation, cash, and major debit and credit cards where applicable. Rates may vary for after-hours, weekend, or specialty transport. You are responsible for any co-pays, deductibles, or balances not covered by insurance or other payers.

STAT Transport provides non-emergency medical transportation only. We do not provide emergency ambulance services. If you are experiencing a medical emergency, call 911 immediately. We reserve the right to refuse or discontinue service when necessary for safety, legal, or operational reasons.

STAT Transport maintains appropriate insurance for our operations. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for delays caused by traffic, weather, facility access issues, or circumstances outside our reasonable control. Nothing in these terms limits rights that cannot be waived under applicable law.
